All fees are as stated on our website at the time of ordering.
Payment must be made in full by debit or credit card, bank transfer or another approved method at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
Services will not be carried out until payment has been received in cleared funds.
All goods and services remain our property until paid for in full.
Late Payment:
Where credit terms are agreed, payment must be made within 7 days of invoice.
Overdue balances may attract interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
We may suspend services or instruct debt collection agents where accounts remain unpaid.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most services within 14 days of purchase unless the service has already begun or been fully delivered, for example where a company has been submitted for incorporation.
Where work has started but not been completed, we may deduct reasonable costs from any refund.
No refund is given once a formation or filing has been submitted to Companies House.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used originally.
We may terminate any service immediately if you fail to pay sums due, provide false or misleading information, use our registered office or services for unlawful purposes, or otherwise breach these Terms.
You may terminate services by giving us written notice. Refunds are made only as set out in Section 6.
We use reasonable care and skill in providing our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
We aim to keep the website and services available and accurate but do not guarantee they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date.
